White or Brown?

What is white n chocolate that I talked about?
Haha... it's the type of bread that I consumed nowadays...

since we were on a tight healthy diet, my dietitian suggest me to take the wholegrain bread that in brown colour.

Some people might says that the bread itself is a healthy food and it is totally wrong as white bread was made from the wheat flour that had been striped out its fiber, protein and vitamins from it and making it a huge sugar cube that could rise up the sugar level in our blood. Some research says that the white bread speed up the formation of wrinkles and cause our skin to look dull and lifeless. Omaigosh!!! that could lead us on spending a lot for the cosmetic chems for our skin...

So, to make us slimmer and more beauty, it is suggested that we take a few slices of brownish wholegrain bread for the breakfast and dinner perhaps. it is rich with fiber that can make us go to the loo easily. Besides, drink a lot of plain water everyday to help it...

Many research had proven the wholegrain bread is better because it contain the fiber, the protein and vitamins as it was not made from enriched flours.


So, to stay healthy and beautiful, please take the brown wholegrain bread...
